During pre-wedding consultations, we review contracts, facilitate the ceremony rehearsal, and identify any missing elements essential for a smooth wedding day. Unlimited email contact is available from the time of the contract, with additional support provided for budgeting, music selection, and entertainment discussions.

On the wedding day, our on-site coordination spans up to 10 hours, allowing you to savor every moment worry-free. Optional additional hours are available for overseeing clean-up and a final venue walkthrough. Included in this package are a full-day Coordinator and a half-day Coordinator Assistant.

Pre-wedding, up to 5 consultations, including a venue walkthrough, to thoroughly understand your vision. Gain access to a personal client portal with planning forms, create a wedding planning checklist, and receive cost-saving tips. Construct a detailed wedding day timeline that centralizes information, ensuring everyone knows what to expect. This package offers extra "hand-holding" for couples seeking additional advice throughout the planning process. Confirm all details with vendors, design a floor plan, and review all vendor contracts. If a venue is yet to be secured, we assist with selection and contract review. Monthly check-ins and unlimited email contact provide ongoing support and guidance.
